Black Epiphone Chet Atkins SST w/ Case - Fair Shape

Up for sale, an Epiphone Chet Atkins SST guitar in black finish.  This guitar looks fairly decent overall and seems to be in decent structural condition.  The black finish shows some small blemishes here and there.  The worst thing I see is some paint loss on the bottom of the headstock where this was hung on a hook.  There are some finish swirls and minor nicks but that's about the worst of it.  The playability seems fine with no issues to note.  Frets show a tiny bit of wear.  This looks like it's been sitting a while and may benefit from new strings - also it's a bit dusty in places.
For electronics, the volume control doesn't seem to have a start/stop position and if you keep turning the know you'll get cut-outs in the output.  This might warrant repair in the future but it isn't going to stop you from playing it in the interim.  The tone knob seems to work properly.  I also note the battery (?) clunking around in the control cavity so you might want to add some foam tape to keep it in place.
