  • Up for sale is a "Birdsong" bass Fusion model built in 2012. Birdsong, located in Texas, specializes in the making of short scale basses. The bass is listed as used but is in excellent condition with virtually no signs of wear and tear. This bass was custom made for me by Scott Beckwith, the owner of Birdsong. There isn't another one exactly like it ! To purchase this bass new(if Birdsong would even consider making it again),  in today's market place would cost around $3000 not counting the wait time to receive it which could be several months. The bass has rarely been gigged ( 1 or 2 times) and has been stored indoors in my air conditioned music room since it was purchased in 2012. It is a fretless bass with line markers and a thumb rest that was special ordered. The body is mahogany .
  • The bass body body is stained mahogany, neck is maple with ebony board and stained mahogany headstock, all plates and covers are ebony.
    • Buyer pays for shipping and will be calculated based on delivery location.
    Scott Beckwith, the owner of Birdsong and the maker of this bass has kindly agreed to answer any questions about the bass if I cannot answer them. His contact info will be provided for any "serious" buyer.
